Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026 · Draft for early access

This policy explains how Main Street Reply handles information when you use our website and drafting demo.

1. What we collect

2. How we use data

We do not sell your review text or use it to train public models in this early version. If that changes, we will update this policy and notify account holders.

3. AI processing

When an AI API key is configured, review text may be sent to a third-party model provider (e.g. Google Gemini) solely to generate drafts. When no key is set, drafts are built from local templates on our server and review text is not sent to an AI vendor.

4. We do not auto-post

We do not access your Google account to post replies. Posting happens only when you copy text into Google yourself.

5. Retention

Demo requests may be kept briefly in server logs for abuse prevention, then deleted or aggregated. We do not build a permanent public archive of your pasted reviews.

6. Cookies

The static demo does not require cookies. Analytics or auth cookies may be added later; this page will be updated first.

7. Your choices

Do not paste personal data you are not allowed to share. You may stop using the demo at any time. For deletion requests related to an account, contact us at the email on the site.
