Terms of Service
Main Street Reply (“we,” “us”) provides a drafting tool that suggests replies to customer reviews. These Terms govern your use of the website and demo.
1. What we provide
We generate suggested reply text based on information you enter (business name, tone, review text, and optional settings). The service is a drafting aid only.
2. You post — we never auto-post
- We do not connect to Google Business Profile to publish replies on your behalf.
- You alone choose whether to copy, edit, and post any draft.
- You are fully responsible for content you publish on Google or elsewhere.
3. Your responsibilities
- Do not rely on drafts as legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Do not use drafts to make promises (refunds, discounts, free services) unless you intend to honor them.
- Review every draft before posting, especially for 1–2 star reviews.
- Comply with Google’s review and content policies.
4. Accuracy and safety limits
Drafts are generated by software (templates and/or AI). They may be imperfect. We aim to avoid inventing refunds, discounts, or admissions of fault, but you must still verify every reply.
5. Accounts, trial, and billing
Paid plans (when offered) are billed monthly at the stated price after any free trial. Cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid renewal. Demo use may be rate-limited.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass customers, post false statements, scrape third-party data unlawfully, or attempt to abuse or overload our systems.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on drafts or for outcomes of posted replies.
